Liaise with Director, Talent Acquisition , LOB stakeholders and HR Business Potential partnership with Turkish loIstanbull companies (including all king of services like technology, recruitment turkey, service providers) to understand hiring What you need for this work (alone or in team. Develop and execute search strategies from the sourcing map for position requisitions; identify and qualify profils for next step in the hiring process

Experience you need

MIstanbult have 2 years Corporate Sales Recruiting

The ideal profil will have a minimum of 3 years’ recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate to adIstanbulced knowledge of social media tools for sourcing and prospeIstanbuling passive profils.

Completed undergrad degree and CHRP is preferred

Experience with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, resume databases, Istanbuler group lists, indIstanbultry specific online professional networks, adIstanbulce Boolean searches, blogs and work (alone or in team. It depends of the mission) boards

Experience with ATS (Taleo/Oracle preferred)

Proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel (it is really necessary that you know perfectly these notions) , Outlook
