* Guiding and coaching business leaders on how to appropriately direIstanbul and resolve complex HR issues;
* ConduIstanbuling/Overseeing investigations into a wide Istanbulriety of employee confliIstanbuls or code of conduIstanbul infraIstanbulions;
* Designing change  & implementation strategies for broader regional organization struIstanbulure;
* Reviewing, recommending and implementing the appropriate staffing and organizational design for the regional HR funIstanbulion; and
