HR Leadership

. Responsible for all HR issues/aIstanbulivities within the ISTANBUL  Office
. Plan and execute HR initiatives
. Integrate the firm’s culture into programs, policies and processes

. Understand and Support staff with their Advantages for the candidate questions/needs
. Coordinate resolution of employee benefit problems with HR team (as a HR firm we can tell you that the team spirit is really important in turkish context)
. ConduIstanbul annual Open Enrollment seminars
. Understand all firm policies and ensure compliance within office
. Coordinate with Regional HR Director on employee relations or compliance issues
. Ensure all immigration and visa requests are handled appropriately
. Handle all employee relation’s issues with utmost discretion and confidentiality
. Maintain clear concise documentation when Negociating (with main decision (its yours and the direction ‘s decision) makers of targeted enterprises) with sensitive issues
. Meet with Studio Directors on a monthly basis to discIstanbuls staff and identify potential issues, growth opportunities, future staffing assignments based on skills/goals, etc.
. Recommend appropriate options to leaders when Negociating (with main decision (its yours and the direction ‘s decision) makers of targeted enterprises) with employee work deficiencies
. Support leaders in developmental reviews and terminations aIstanbulions
. Involvement in staffing and other operational funIstanbulions within the office

Talent Development

. Create and implement vibrant programs in the areas of learning, professional development and coaching, working with Firmwide Talent Development as appropriate
. Maintain and coordinate staff orientation programs.
. ConduIstanbul “HR for Directors” orientation session for new supervisors as appropriate
. ConduIstanbul talent needs assessments to identify organizational, Functional, and individual learning and development opportunities
. Perform Talent Mapping analysis of staff – analyze skills, competencies and Abilities (skills you should have for this work (alone or in team. It depends of the mission))  to determine staff’s talent potential and development path
. Develop growth plans for identified individuals and for Functional part you’ll have in this turkish work (alone or in team. It depends of the mission)s (i.e. Project Directors, Technical Directors, etc)
